JETSCAPE ACQUIRES TWO ADDITIONAL EMBRAER E190AR's

Leases Aircraft To TACA International Airlines, S.A.

30-MAR-09

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, March 30, 2009 – Jetscape is pleased to announce that today it has delivered two new Embraer E190AR aircraft (MSN 19000259 and MSN 19000265) to TACA International Airlines, S.A., San Salvador, El Salvador. One aircraft was acquired through a sale-leaseback with TACA from their previous aircraft order with Embraer.  The second aircraft was purchased directly from Embraer by Jetscape and is the first direct acquisition by Jetscape from its previously announced order for up to thirty E-Jets.  Both aircraft will be leased to TACA for a period of eight years.

Financing for these two aircraft was provided by DVB Bank SE, Frankfurt, Germany as part of Jetscape’s recently announced credit facility. These financings bring the facility to six E-Jets financed by DVB for Jetscape.  As part of this transaction, DVB and Jetscape have agreed to increase the credit facility to seven aircraft.  The seventh aircraft is scheduled for delivery in April 2009.

“We are pleased to announce the expansion of our long-standing relationship with Grupo TACA,” said John Evans, Jetscape’s Chairman and CEO. “Over the years we have been very impressed with the leadership, growth and direction of one of the most successful airlines in Latin America. We also appreciate DVB’s continuing belief in Jetscape and their support of these lease transactions.”
