08-APR-09

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, April 8, 2009 – Jetscape is pleased to announce that today it has delivered a new Embraer E170AR aircraft (MSN 17000280) to Airnorth, Darwin, Australia. The aircraft was purchased directly from Embraer by Jetscape and placed on a ten year lease.  This aircraft is part of Jetscape’s previously announced order for up to thirty E-Jets, is the seventh new E-Jet acquired by Jetscape since December 2008 and its first E170 aircraft.  Airnorth is a new Jetscape customer and this is the Company’s first aircraft leased into Australia.

Financing for the aircraft was provided by DVB Bank SE, Frankfurt, Germany as part of Jetscape’s recently announced facility. This financing brings the facility to seven E-Jets financed by DVB for Jetscape.

“We are pleased to announce the lease of our first E170 aircraft to our newest customer, Airnorth,” said John Evans, Jetscape’s Chairman and CEO. “We are very impressed with the management team and business plan of this premier regional airline of Northern Australia. We are also pleased to have extended Jetscape’s leasing reach to the continent of Australia.  We appreciate DVB’s continuing belief in Jetscape and their support of this lease transaction.”
