JETSCAPE ANNOUNCES LEASE EXTENSIONS

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, July 10, 2009 – Jetscape is pleased to announce that it has signed multiple lease extensions.

• Jetscape has extended the lease of one (1) A320-231 aircraft with Mexicana, Mexico City, Mexico for one (1) year.  The aircraft will now be leased through April 2011.
• Jetscape has extended the lease of one (1) B737-4Q8 aircraft with S7 Airlines, Moscow, Russia for two (2) years.  The aircraft will now be leased through November 2013.
• Jetscape has extended the lease of two (2) B737-548 aircraft with STC Rossiya, St. Petersburg, Russia for two (2) years.  The aircraft will now be leased through November 2012 and January 2013.
