JETSCAPE ANNOUNCES LEASE OF TWO (2) NEW EMBRAER E190AR AIRCRAFT TO KENYA AIRWAYS
Kenya Airways to become new E190 operator and Jetscape Customer
Fort Lauderdale, Florida, July 14, 2010 – Jetscape today announced the placement of two new Embraer E-Jets on lease to Kenya Airways, Nairobi, Kenya. These two new E190AR aircraft are scheduled for delivery from Embraer and lease to Kenya Airways in December 2010 and May 2011. Both aircraft will be leased for an eight-year term. These E190 aircraft will join Kenya Airway’s existing Embraer fleet of five E170 aircraft. Previously, Jetscape had successfully remarketed two used E170 aircraft to Kenya Airways on four-year leases, on behalf of Finnair, Helsinki, Finland.
